Corporate Associate Membership

Open to any State, National or International corporation whose membership is approved by the Board of Trustees and who has fulfill membership dues requirements as established by such Board. Corporate Associate members may have representatives at general membership meetings and other annual activities. Such a member will not have a voting status.

Student Membership

Open to any student in the state of New Jersey whose membership is approved by the Board of Trustees. Membership dues may be waived in lieu of regular active participation in the activities of the Corporation. Such a member will have a voting status at scheduled regular general membership meetings and the Annual Meeting. If a student member does not participate in the Corporations activities for a period of one (1) year the membership may be void by the Board of Trustees.

Honorary Associate Membership

Granted to any person who the Executive Committee wishes to recognize for his/her significant and exceptional contributions to the Hispanic Community and for his/her efforts in assisting the corporation fulfill its purpose as stated in Section 2 of Article 1A. Such member will not have a voting status.
